Refunds
- Refunds will only be given if the service has not been completed
- A request for a refund must be made within 7 days of the date of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Cancellation
- A request for cancellation of service must be made in writing(PDF) at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the service.
- If the service has already begun, a cancellation fee may be charged based on the amount of work completed.
Disputes
- In the event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- If we are unable to resolve the dispute, we may refer the matter to a third-party mediator or arbitrator.
Exceptions
- We do not offer refunds or returns for digital products, such as website templates or digital design files.
- We do not offer refunds or returns for services that have been completed, such as website design or development.
